Here is my recipe for a chowder that is easy and quick to make. Start with one package of Pioneer brand biscuit gravy mix and prepare as directed on the package. To the prepared gravy mix, add one can of creamed corn and 2 cups (or so) of cooked, diced potatoes, salt, pepper and a tablespoon of butter. Add some diced ham. Cook on low until the ingredients are warmed through. You will probably need to add milk as the extra cooking time will make the gravy thick. I think this dish is yummy!
