Joel and I just love this baked spaghetti dish. We had it for dinner last night. It is delicious!
BAKED SPAGHETTI
16 oz - spaghetti
8 oz - sour cream
8 oz - cream cheese
8 oz - ricotta cheese
8 oz - mozzarella cheese
1 large jar - spaghetti sauce
1 lb - ground beef
1/2 c - diced onion
1 tsp - garlic salt
1. Cook spaghetti
2. Crumble and brown ground beef with diced onion
3. Mix together softened cream cheese, ricotta cheese, sour cream and 1 tsp garlic salt
4. Drain hamburger and add spaghetti sauce
5. Drain cooked spaghetti and place in 9x12 baking dish (sprayed with PAM)
6. Spread cheese mixture over spaghetti
7. Spread meat and sauce mixture over cheese mixture
8. Top with mozzarella cheese
9. Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes
10. After 40 minutes, remove foil and bake for 5-10 more minutes, until cheese on top is melty

Ok, the sour cream freaks me out a little bit! But I showed the recipe to my husband and he says go for it. I will let you know if its a hit! :)
You won't even notice the sour cream. You could use a little less if you're not a big fan of it.
