Today I would like to share with you a few pages from a vintage needlework booklet that I [also] found in the recycling center. The top two images are the front and back covers. I chose two other pages that I thought might be of interest. This booklet also contained the original order form, in tact. The order form was pre-folded as an envelope for easy mailing. I love the color combinations displayed on the embroidery floss page. I hope you enjoy seeing these images as much as I enjoy sharing them! (click on each image to see it enlarged)

What a great booklet from the past! And to have the order form still intact. Thats amazing! Don't you wonder who had held on to this for so long? Great find!
I wish I would have held on to some of my Grandmothers things...if only I knew that some day I would be interested. I really love the images...
Such sweet images Tresa. I love vintage tea towels like that! I tried cross stitching, and I was terrible at it. My stitches were so crooked! lol But maybe I should try again. :)

I could have sworn I left a comment here a day or two ago...duh! I mus have forgotten to push publish. I am doing that more and more...like walking into rooms and forgetting why I'm there staring into the refrigerator...lol! I just wanted to say how much I enjoy your blog and wish I could buy some of the things in those vintage catalogs.
