The lilac bushes are blooming here and that makes me very happy. The blooming period is short which makes me appreciate even the smallest of bouquets. I would have to say that the fragrance of a lilac is one of my top favorite smells. "My" lilac bush is not on our property. "My" lilac bush lives nearby, on a small grassy area surrounded by cornfields. So technically, cutting the blooms
may constitute unlawfulness but that's between me and "My" lilac bush.
